Take note that exclusions list may be modified at any time. It is the consumer’s responsability to check this list before completing the purchase.

If, by mistake, Rocherche did not take in consideration the Canada Post exclusions concerning the purchase when sending your package, the Rocherche company will pay you back the entire amount (purchase, shipping and taxes where applied) and the purchase will be canceled.

Please take note that the cost of shipment modality may not be include in the Canada Post shipping and handling. In fact, this is only an indicative cost and the real shipping and handling will be automaticly determined by Rocherche.

Payment

Any payment or money transfert must be done using Paypal. We will not accept any credit card or bank card (money tranfer) or any other money transfer services. This is in order to protect the client and ourselves. Also, please take note that any payment using our e-mail box will be systematically ereased and thereby cancelled.

IMPORTANT:

Rocherche is not responsible for identity theft if the client send his bank card number, credit card number or bank account number to our e-mail box.

When you order something through the cart of the website, the order is considered final and can not be modified. If you make a mistake when you place your order, you will have to cancel it.

When placing an order, a time limit of 60 minutes is allowed to completed the purchase. Otherwise, the order will be automatiquely canceled and items will return on the website to be sold.

Prices are in canadian dollars, currency conversion must be done by the client before the purchase and the conversion will be confirmed by Paypal when paying.

Cancellation and Return

Cancellation:

When cancelling an order, the order in a whole will be cancelled.

To cancel your order, you will have to send an e-mail to service@rocherche.com including the number of the order.

When an order has been payed and the shipping confirmed, it can not be cancelled. Consequently, it will be considered a return.

When cancelling a personalized order, Rocherche reserve the right to keep the whole amount already paid before total payment of the order. (Refer to PERSONALIZED ORDER for details)

If the order as been completely paid but not shipped, Rocherche will keep the amount already paid before total payment but will refund the rest of the total amount paid, the shipping and handling and taxes (where applied).

As soon as the order is shipped, it can not be cancelled. Consequently, it will be considered a return.

Return: If the item is already shipped when you wish to cancel it, so it is to late to ask for a cancellation, it will be considered a return. In that case, you will have to send an e-mail to service@rocherche.com including the number of the order and we will write you back the procedure to follow.

However, if the item you received is damaged, thus not the same as the item offered on the Rocherche website, you will have to follow the same refund procedure as for an annulation after shipment but, in that case, you will have to send us by e-mail two pictures showing the condition of the item received. If the condition of that item is really not the same as it was initially, we will refund you the whole amount (cost of the item, shipping and handling and taxes where applied) as soon as we will receive the package.

Nevertheless, if the item returned is more damaged than the pictures that you sent us, Rocherche reserve the right to retain 25% of the initial amount of the purchase, excluding shipping and handling and taxes (where applied).

Please note that when returning a personalized order, same procedure as regular order apply. However, Rocherche will retain the first payment of the purchase, excluding shipping and handling and taxes (where applied) no matter whether the article is damaged or not. The remaining amount will be refund only after receiving the item.


*Important: shipment modality will have to be the same as ours, otherwise Rocherche reserve the right to retain the amount of intial shipping fees.

In every case, the price of initial order (order + initial shipping and handling + taxes) will be refunded only when package is received.

If the package returned is not the same as the initial package shipped, no refund will be granted.
